Submission process

PhD students and young researchers interested in the issue have to submit

  • a third page will include the bibliography linked to the subject.

Non-French speakers can submit their project in English.

As reviewing will be double-blind, the submissed papers should not include the authors’ names and affiliations or any references to web-sites, project names etc. revealing the authors’ identity. Furthermore, any self-reference should be avoided. In the submitted version, the names and affiliations of the authors will be replaced by “xxx”. After notification, a final version of the accepted abstracts/papers, including the authors’ names and affiliations should be uploaded to the EasyChair website.

Submissions should be made via the EasyChair page of the conference. If you do not have an account yet on this system, you will first need to register.

/!\ don’t forget to anonymise your submission : no name, no affiliation /!\

Evaluation process

The draft articles will be submitted to a blind reviewprocess by two members of the
scientific committee. The selected projects can result, according to the scientific committee decision, in either a 20 minutes oral communication or a poster communication.

The articles will be reviewed again by the members of the scientific committee, so that the authors can receive feedback on their production. The authors will have to take comments and suggestions offered by the readers into account in the final report of their articles to ensure the quality of the proceedings.

The articles must be formated using suitable models given to the authors.

  • Oral communications:those will include a twenty-minutes presentation followed by a ten-minutes discussion and then for long papers(8p)
  • Communication by posters:the colloquium will organize a poster session (A1 format) and then short papers(4p)
  • Submissions will be done using the  EasyChair page.

All accepted papers (short and long) will be published and available in print and electronic versions and will be made available at the start of the conference.
